SWITCH ON 2026

THE GREATEST POWER…

Dedicated 32MVA

Phase one plans for a primary substation, located directly next to HPARK have been approved, providing triple the amount of power to the site.

32MVA will be delivered to HPARK in 2026, tripling from the originally secured 10.5MVA. The primary substation has been contracted with Electricity North West Limited (ENWL).

Focussed onsustainability

HPARK is the largest sustainable industrial development opportunity in the North West. The site will be developed to align with BREEAM Excellent, EPC A and have roof-mounted photovoltaic panels and electric vehicle chargers.

Additional power can be boosted by using solar and storing this to be used at the exact moment its required. This reduces energy bills, reduces grid reliance and its better for the planet.

Manchester, the new hub for data centres

Manchester is widely considered as the new hub for data centres, after reports on power rapidly running out in cities such as London.

Supported by Rochdale Development Agency (RDA) and with secure connections to surrounding Grid Supply Points (GSPs) to supply enough power to the development, Manchester is the ideal location.
