At 1.88m sq ft, HPARK is the North Wests largest sustainable industrial development opportunity
Following a successful launch in Manchester and London in 2023, HPARK has gone from strength to strength.
We started the year with the new planning approval bringing the total space of HPARK from 1.45m sq ft to 1.88m sq ft, providing more B2/B8 space and further flexibility. Since then, we have seen the electrical power capacity triple at HPARK, from 10MVA to 32MVA, with a primary substation directly next to the development.
This week, HPARK has been featured in Logistics Manager magazine. Logistics Manager magazine is the leading monthly magazine for those in charge of the supply chain of the UK’s largest industrial, retail and commercial organisations. This puts HPARK at the forefront of logistics operators looking to relocate to the best connected site in the north.
Having featured in Logistics Manager previously in 2023, this time round we have been noticed for our sustainability features at our development. With BREEAM Excellent units, extensive EV charging points, PV solar panels on all units and enhanced employee wellbeing facilities, HPARK has been highlighted as one of the North Wests largest sustainable opportunities.
HPARK is among the schemes Rochdale will be promoting as part of its aim to drive investment and economic growth in the borough.
