HPARK update: The North West’s largest sustainable industrial development opportunity.
The 120-acre manufacturing and distribution park has made a splash since being officially launched to the market at the start of the year.
Following hugely successful launch events in Manchester and London, introducing the scheme to agents working for regional, national and global operators, the HPARK team is dealing with a raft of enquiries.
The development has this week featured in Logistics Manager magazine. As the ‘industry bible’ for the transport and distribution market, the double page spread puts HPARK front of mind for logistics operators looking to relocate to the best-connected site in the north.
Plans are also moving forward for MIPIM 2023 where HPARK will be showcased as one of Greater Manchester’s premier development opportunities.
Russells has partnered with the Rochdale Development Agency and Place North West for the event, which is being held in Cannes in March. HPARK is among the schemes Rochdale will be promoting as part of its aim to drive investment and economic growth into the borough.
